FlipSend is a product of Flipside Digital, an Australian-owned digital agency with more than 15 years building bespoke software for organisations that can't afford to get communication wrong.
For over 15 years, Flipside Digital has built bespoke platforms across healthcare, government, education and emergency services — sectors where the rules around data and communication are strict, and the cost of getting them wrong is real. We've seen every flaw in the market.
We started FlipSend because the messaging platforms most teams reach for were never designed with Australian compliance in mind. Data sovereignty was an afterthought. The Spam Act was someone else's problem. Support meant an offshore ticket queue. We knew a platform built here, hosted here, and supported here would serve these organisations better.
